My own personal journey of inner healing has ignited a profound passion for supporting others in their quest for wholeness and self-awareness. Alongside my professional endeavors, I have devoted years to exploring modalities such as HeartMath, consciousness studies, neuroplasticity, quantum mechanics, energy fields, and meditation.
As a HeartMath Certified Mentor, certified Spiritual Life Coach, certified
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping Practitioner, certified Energy Healing
and Alignment Life Coach, and Reiki Practitioner of Usui lineage,
I have cultivated a deep understanding of the interconnectedness between mind, body, and spirit. On this journey, I have found that each ending opens the door to something higher. True healing and freedom come from aligning with our authentic selves and embracing our divine purpose. I’ve learned to trust the cycles of completion and rebirth as sacred steps in my own evolution. And, while I am not a medical doctor or clinical psychologist, my journey has equipped me with a wealth of skills, knowledge, and intuitive insights that I am eager to share with others. I am committed to helping individuals uncover their true
identity, heal from past wounds, and step into a life of purpose and fulfillment.
My mission is to empower individuals to tap into their innate potential, embrace their

Hello! I live in Ocala Florida and enjoy any time I can with our three grown children and their families, especially our two grandsons. I’m an artist with paintings displayed in a nearby coastal gallery and love spending time at the beach.
I spent 15 years on the management team at Young Life Southwind, mentoring interns and staff towards emotional wholeness.
My own journey to inner healing began during a training therapy session that uncovered trauma from my premature birth. This transformative experience inspired me to help others.
The past few years, I’ve found meditation so very beneficial for regulating the nervous system. Our bodies can carry trauma that is not released through traditional counseling.
As a practitioner with MAP Coaching Institute, it is a privilege to offer sessions that will bring inner transformation; rewire neurons, heal past memories, dissolve limiting beliefs, and awaken inner wisdom. You will see a shift from overwhelm and exhaustion to balance, greater peace, flow and fulfillment.
I've also studied under Kirby De Lanerolle, who specializes in neuroscience and neurotheology. I was honored to be ordained as a spiritual guide and inner healing coach.
In this current, sometimes toxic and divisive environment, anxiety is prevalent. I’m passionate about helping you step into more freedom, peace, joy and purpose!

I also spent four years counseling adult survivors of child abuse under the guidance of clinical psychologists and have explored various holistic practices through my own health journey. As a HeartMath Certified Mentor with training in HeartMath Trauma healing practices, I’ve seen the profound effects of simple breathing techniques on health and mental well-being.
Spending four years counseling adult survivors of childhood trauma, under the guidance of clinical psychologists, enriched my understanding of spiritual and psychological dynamics.
Completing studies in Christian Mysticism, Energy healing, The Neuroscience of Meditation and Foundations of Rapid Transformation Hypnotherapy deepened my grasp of the spirit-mind-body connection and of our inherent God-given power as creators of our own reality.
